What We Do

Window cleaning, inside and out.

Every visit covers the details most crews skip — because in the Keys, the buildup hides in the screens, tracks, and sills as much as on the glass.

The Sea Clear Difference

What makes a Sea Clear clean different?

The Keys are hard on glass, so we don’t clean it the mainland way. Here’s the method behind the streak-free finish:

  • Pure-water rinse. Our filtration rig strips the minerals out of the water before it ever touches your windows — so the glass dries spot-free, with no soap residue left behind for salt to cling to.
  • Soft brush, gentle reach. A water-fed brush lifts the salt film and rinses it away — gentle on glass, frames, and paint, and it reaches upper windows safely from the ground.
  • Finished by hand. Squeegee and microfiber detailing on the glass, plus screens, tracks, and sills — the whole window, not just the middle of it.

Good to Know

Questions, answered.

How often should windows be cleaned in the Florida Keys?

More often than on the mainland. Salt spray and humidity build up quickly on coastal glass, so most waterfront homes look their best on a quarterly schedule, and many open-water and oceanside exposures benefit from cleaning every one to two months. We’ll recommend a cadence based on whether you face bayside, oceanside, or open water.

Does professional window cleaning increase home value?

It helps. Clean, streak-free windows are one of the most cost-effective ways to boost curb appeal and let in natural light, and real estate agents consistently rank window cleaning among the highest-return improvements before a sale. In the Keys, where the water view is the whole point, clear glass makes homes show — and photograph — dramatically better. Read more →

Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?

Yes. We clean interior glass, exterior glass, or both — whatever the property needs, and every visit includes screens, tracks, and sills. Exterior-only maintenance visits are a popular option between full cleanings.

Can you remove salt buildup and mineral spots?

Salt film and most mineral buildup respond well to our cleaning process. Heavier hard water staining varies by severity and glass condition, so we offer hard water stain treatment by assessment and give you an honest read before any work begins.

What if I’m not happy with the results?

Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the glass in question, free. We’d rather fix a pane than lose a neighbor.

What areas do you serve?
